Take the leap into Geometry Dash Afterlife—where stunning visuals, soothing music, and hidden paths lead you through a journey of light, shadow, and discovery.
Overview
Geometry Dash Afterlife is a Normal (3⭐) level created by Nasgubb and released in version 2.11. Featuring Hyperpogs theme by NoveDeht, it earned an Epic rating and became the first level of the Discord Gauntlet.
At its core, Geometry Dash Afterlife is a tale of contrasts: bright, heavenly routes symbolizing life’s vitality and darker, storm-filled paths representing its inevitable decline. Both share the same atmosphere of serenity and wonder, yet each offers a distinct story.
Gameplay Experience
Main Path – The Tranquil Ascent
- Heaven Entrance (0–19%) – Opens with soothing cube gameplay, gentle spikes, and calming tones.
- Heaven’s Bridge (19–29%) – A simple ship flight across glowing pillars, where gemstones act like ramps instead of threats.
- Cave with a Pink Lake (29–40%) – A serene cavern with pastel hues enhances the dreamlike atmosphere.
- Heaven’s Lake (40–61%) – A luminous pink lake creates a beautiful, easy section to enjoy the scenery.
- Above the Sky (61–81%) – A sudden ascent introduces light obstacles but remains forgiving.
- Midnight Plains (81–100%) – Concludes with an automatic cube section, ending at a lighthouse fading into night.
Alternate Path – The Storm Below
- Stone Bridge Above the Clouds – The cube crosses floating bridges under daylight skies.
- Marble Temple (19–62%) – Majestic marble structures define the journey’s tone.
- Stormy Temple (62–84%) – Rain and lightning strike as platforms crumble, demanding sharper timing.
- Flying Above the Clouds (84–100%) – The storm clears into a calm night flight before the level’s close.
This path is more challenging, with steeper jumps and a darker mood, but rewards players with unique artistry.
Coins and Replayability
- Main Path Coin (56%) – Enter the tree trunk to collect automatically.
- Alternate Path Coin (End) – Located above a column near the finish.
Collecting both requires playing each route, ensuring replayability is central to the level’s design.
